project: Transplant Leadership Forum

The Transplant Leadership Forum is an annual event bringing together leading surgeons, transplant administrators, and healthcare professionals. The first forum was held in 2023, and I created a logo design that was flexible so we could either have the year on it, or the linear design mark for ambiguity.

For these events, I played a key role in designing and producing digital and large-format assets that set the visual tone for the conference. My involvement encompassed end-to-end art direction, collaborating closely with a variety of partners to ensure the event's branding was cohesive, impactful, and aligned with the high standards of the transplant industry.

In addition to creating a wide range of visual materials—including large banners, signage, event programs, room keys, swag, and presentation assets—I was responsible for sourcing and implementing a new event management platform, Cvent. This was a critical part of streamlining the registration, scheduling, and attendee engagement processes. By selecting and configuring this platform, I ensured a smooth, user-friendly experience for all participants.

Working with cross-functional teams, including the C-suite, managers, and external vendors, I led oversight of asset production, ensuring that the final deliverables were not only visually compelling but also fully aligned with the event’s goals of fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among transplant professionals.

This project allowed me to combine my skills in digital design with strategic event planning, creating a unified visual identity that elevated the event experience for all attendees.
